Requesting a review

Please email favorbeauty444@gmail.com with your order number, the affected item, a description of the issue, and clear photos when relevant. Do not send any item back until you receive return instructions or authorization from us.

Each request is considered individually. Sending a request does not by itself guarantee a return authorization, exchange, credit, refund, or any particular outcome.

Condition of items

When a return is considered, items will generally need to be unused, unopened, complete, and in their original packaging, with seals and labels intact and in resalable condition. We may be unable to accept items that have been opened, used, altered, damaged after delivery, returned incomplete, or sent without prior authorization.

Cosmetics, personal-care or hygiene-related products, clearance items, samples, gifts, customized products, and special orders may be subject to additional restrictions or may not be eligible, depending on their condition and the circumstances.

Damage, shortage, or incorrect items

If an order appears damaged, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, please keep the item, packaging, shipping label, and related materials while we review the matter. Photos, additional information, or a carrier inspection may be requested. Review of a report does not mean that a claim has automatically been approved.

Possible resolution

If a request is approved, the available resolution may include a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution. The method and amount, including any treatment of shipping charges, taxes, discounts, or promotional items, will depend on the facts of the order, product availability, and applicable law.

Product colors, textures, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, lighting, manufacturing batches, or packaging updates. Please contact us before ordering if a specific detail is essential to your purchase.

Applicable rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where mandatory law applies, it will take priority over any inconsistent part of this policy.
