When a return is considered, items will generally need to be unused, unopened, complete, and in their original packaging, with seals and labels intact and in resalable condition. If a request is approved, the available resolution may include a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution. The method and amount, including any treatment of shipping charges, taxes, discounts, or promotional items, will depend on the facts of the order, product availability, and applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
